1. Who we are
RHS Healthcare is a retail and wholesale supplier of medical and surgical products, based at 178/ka Modho Badda, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. Phone and WhatsApp +880 1617-843172. Email info.rhshealthcare@gmail.com.
2. Our products
We supply genuine products sourced from authorised importers and distributors. Product photographs show the actual item wherever possible; packaging design may change when the manufacturer updates it. The specifications we publish are those printed on the manufacturer’s packaging.
3. Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if a price was displayed incorrectly, if we cannot verify your delivery address, or if we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent.
5. Stock
Stock levels change. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will call you and offer an alternative, a wait, or a full refund.
6. Payment
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Where online payment is offered, payment is taken by a licensed payment processor; we do not store your card details.
7. Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The products we sell are medical devices and healthcare supplies. Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Product descriptions tell you what a device does; they are not a recommendation that the device is right for you or for your condition.
Always use a device according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist about your own health. Readings from any home monitoring device — blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, temperature — are for your information only and must not replace professional medical assessment. Never start, stop or change any medication on the basis of a home reading alone. In an emergency, contact a doctor or hospital immediately.
9. Correct use
You are responsible for using products as the manufacturer instructs. We are not liable for harm caused by misuse, by use against medical advice, or by using a device for a purpose it was not designed for.
10. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one is provided, and we assist with manufacturer warranty claims. Beyond that warranty and our Return & Refund Policy, we give no further guarantee.
11. Our liability
Where the law permits us to limit it, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — the law does not allow that and we do not attempt it.
12. Website content
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to RHS Healthcare. Brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not copy our content for commercial use without permission.
13. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fraudulent orders, or scrape the site automatically.
14. Bulk and institutional orders
Quotes for hospitals, clinics and pharmacies are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, and may carry separate terms agreed in writing.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

আমরা অনুমোদিত আমদানিকারক ও পরিবেশকের কাছ থেকে আনা আসল পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। আমরা যে স্পেসিফিকেশন প্রকাশ করি তা কোম্পানির প্যাকেজিংয়ে লেখা তথ্য অনুযায়ী।
৩. মূল্য
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ভ্যাট অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউটে আলাদাভাবে দেখানো হয়। আপনার অর্ডারে নিশ্চিত করা মূল্যই আপনি পরিশোধ করবেন।
৪. অর্ডার
অর্ডার দেওয়া মানে কেনার প্রস্তাব। আমরা ফোন, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ইমেইলে নিশ্চিত করলে চুক্তি সম্পন্ন হয়। স্টক না থাকলে, মূল্য ভুল দেখানো হলে, ঠিকানা যাচাই করা না গেলে বা প্রতারণার সন্দেহ হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
৫. পেমেন্ট
সারা দেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি পাওয়া যায়। অনলাইন পেমেন্টে লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর টাকা গ্রহণ করে; আমরা আপনার কার্ডের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি না।
৬. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চিকিৎসা দাবিত্যাগ
আমরা যে পণ্য বিক্রি করি সেগুলো মেডিকেল ডিভাইস ও স্বাস্থ্যসামগ্রী। এই ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো তথ্য চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ, রোগনির্ণয় বা চিকিৎসা নয়। পণ্যের বর্ণনা শুধু জানায় ডিভাইসটি কী করে — এটি আপনার বা আপনার রোগের জন্য উপযুক্ত এমন সুপারিশ নয়।

৭. সঠিক ব্যবহার
কোম্পানির নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী পণ্য ব্যবহারের দায়িত্ব আপনার। ভুল ব্যবহার, ডাক্তারের পরামর্শের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবহার, বা যে কাজের জন্য ডিভাইসটি তৈরি নয় সেই কাজে ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে আমরা দায়ী নই।
৮. ওয়ারেন্টি
যেখানে কোম্পানি ওয়ারেন্টি দেয় সেখানে তা প্রযোজ্য এবং দাবি করতে আমরা সহায়তা করি।
৯. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং ঢাকার আদালতের এক্তিয়ারাধীন।
