Delivery charges and times

Orders of ৳10,000 or more are delivered free anywhere in Bangladesh.
Order processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on a Friday, or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day. Delivery times above are counted from processing, not from the moment the order is placed.
Payment on delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide — you pay the delivery person when the product reaches you. You are welcome to open the package and inspect the product, its seal, batch number and expiry date in front of the delivery person before paying.
Delays
Weather, transport strikes, political situations, and incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can delay a parcel. If your order is running late we will call you on the number you gave at checkout.

১০,০০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি অর্ডারে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি।
অর্ডার প্রসেসিং
বিকাল ৫টার আগে দেওয়া অর্ডার একই কর্মদিবসে প্রসেস হয়। ৫টার পরে, শুক্রবারে বা সরকারি ছুটির দিনে দেওয়া অর্ডার পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে প্রসেস হয়। উপরের ডেলিভারির সময় প্রসেসিং থেকে গণনা করা হয়।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি
সারা দেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পাওয়া যায় — পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে ডেলিভারিম্যানকে টাকা দিবেন। টাকা দেওয়ার আগে ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনে প্যাকেট খুলে পণ্য, সিল, ব্যাচ নম্বর ও এক্সপায়ারি ডেট দেখে নিতে পারেন।
বিলম্ব
আবহাওয়া, পরিবহন ধর্মঘট, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি এবং ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানার কারণে ডেলিভারি দেরি হতে পারে। দেরি হলে চেকআউটে দেওয়া নম্বরে আমরা আপনাকে ফোন করে জানাবো।

অর্ডার নম্বর নিয়ে +৮৮০ ১৬১৭-৮৪৩১৭২ নম্বরে কল বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন।
